What we check before dispatch
- Seals and packaging are intact.
- Batch numbers and expiry dates are legible and in date.
- The product matches what was ordered.
If you have a concern
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will investigate, and where the concern is upheld we will replace the product or refund you in full.
How you can check for yourself
- Check the batch number and expiry date printed on the pack.
- Check seals are intact before accepting delivery.
- Ask us for the import documentation on any product — we will share it.
