How long will delivery take?
Inside Dhaka, usually 1–2 working days. Elsewhere, 2–4. Your exact estimate is shown at checkout.
Can I pay online?
Not yet — Cash on Delivery for now. bKash, Nagad and card payment are planned.
Can I check the parcel before paying?
Yes. Please check it in front of the delivery person.
Do I need an account?
No — you can check out as a guest. An account lets you track orders, save addresses and keep a wishlist.
How do I cancel an order?
From your account while the order is still pending or confirmed. After that, call us.
Do you deliver outside Bangladesh?
No, we deliver within Bangladesh only.
