By placing an order with AurviaBD you agree to these terms.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline an order if a product is out of stock, if a price was listed incorrectly, or if we cannot verify the delivery details.
Pricing
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. If a price is listed incorrectly we will contact you before dispatching, and you may cancel.
Payment
Cash on Delivery is currently our payment method. Payment is due in full to the delivery person on receipt.
Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can. Packaging and formulations occasionally change; always read the label on the product itself, particularly for allergens and preparation instructions.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Bangladeshi consumer law.
