Where we deliver
We deliver across Bangladesh. The exact charge and expected delivery time for your district are shown at checkout, before you place the order.
How long it takes
- Inside Dhaka: usually 1–2 working days.
- Outside Dhaka: usually 2–4 working days.
Delivery may take longer during Eid, heavy rain or political disruption. If your order is going to be late, we will call you.
Delivery charges
Charges depend on your district and are set out at checkout. Orders above the free-delivery threshold shown in your basket ship free.
Cash on Delivery
Pay the delivery person in cash when your order arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready. You may check the parcel before you pay.
If nobody is home
Our delivery partner will call before arriving. If they cannot reach you, they will try again the next working day. After two failed attempts the order is returned to us and we will contact you.
